Korean Zombie Writes Letter to GSP: UFC 158 Sunrise Gi Equal to Nazi Swastika
Dear Mr. Georges St. Pierre
Hi, My name is Chan Sung Jung from South Korea. As one of many Koreans who like you as an incredible athlete, I feel like I should tell you that many Korean fans, including myself, were shocked to see you in your gi designed after the Japanese 'Rising Sun Flag'. For Asians, this flag is a symbol of war crimes, much like the German Hakenkreuzflagge. Did you know that? I hope not.
Just like Nazis, the Japanese also committed atrocities under the name of 'Militarism'. You can easily learn what they've done by googling (please do), although it's only the tiny tip of an enormous iceberg.
Furthermore, the Japanese Government never gave a sincere apology, and still to this day, so many victims are dying in pain, heartbroken, without being compensated. But many westerners like to wear clothes designed after the symbol under which so many war crimes and so much tragedy happened, which is ridiculous.
I know most of them are not militarists. I know most of them do not approve unjustified invasion, torture, massacre, etc. They're just ignorant. It's such a shame that many westerners are not aware of this tragic fact. Wearing Rising Sun outfits is as bad as wearing clothes with the Nazi mark on it, if not worse.
Since you're influenced by Japanese Martial Arts, your wearing a headband designed after Japanese flag is understandable. But again, that huge 'Rising Sun' on your Gi means something else.
Many people say GSP is the best Welterweight fighter throughout history, to which I totally agree. This means you have a great influence on every single fan of yours all around the world. And I do believe your wearing 'the symbol of War Crime' is a very bad example for them, not to mention for yourself.
So, what do you reckon?
Do you want to wear the same Gi next time as well?
- with Georges St-Pierre and Georges St-Pierre.

Nick Diaz vs GSP: Forget the BS & Lets Rumble.
GSP and Nick Diaz.
Bitter rivals.
Will it be as exciting as the pre fight teleconference made it sound? Disdain in their voices for each other sure made it more compelling. No one really being able to understand either lol.
Georges French accent/sensibility. Diaz's California ghettoish /stuttering broken lingo.
The reality is these are two completely different people coming from different walks of life, ethnicities, countries & languages. Their personalities also couldnt be anymore different. However they have two things in common, their chosen profession & their desire to be the best.
Nick no showing to open workouts only makes the actual match more compelling.
Fuck all this bullshit and lets get down to business is what hes thinking.
Will this add to his energy and commitment and somehow preserve all the chi energy hes going to need to upset the champion?
If Diaz has found a way to evolve and work on his takedown defense and gone to the weight room for some serious lifting to try to nutrilize Georges power and explosive takedowns then we can have an upset on our hands.
Georges seems unusually emotional and seems to be taking this fight personally. Which i think can prove his downfall. Emotion has a funny way of making us humans make mistakes.
A sweet Triangle or armbar from Diaz's top level ground game could do the trick. or maybe something completely unorthodox like one of Eddie Bravo's 10th planet Marijuana inspired Jui Jitsu moves.
Lets just hope and pray Diaz doesnt come in high to the fight, win and get the Championship belt taken away from him after testing positive yet again for that good lover mary jane.
It wouldnt surprise me.
It seems that Nick Diaz's worst opponent isnt GSP but himself.

Two former light heavyweight champions are reportedly being lined up for a headliner in Canada, as Dan Henderson may face Rashad Evans at a future UFC event in Winnipeg on June 15.
According to GracieMag, sources close to the situation have informed TATAME that match is expected to main-event the card.
Henderson and Evans seem to have made verbal agreements for the bout, with both men recently tasting defeat in their last Octagon performances.
Sportsnet’s Joe Ferraro also confirmed that the event will be hosted at the MTS Centre, the current home of the NHL's Winnipeg Jets:
Sportsnet additionally reports that the MTS Centre's parent company, True North Sports and Entertainment, will be hosting a press conference on Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. MT "to announce 'a major sporting event.'"
Typically, the UFC has taken to hosting three events in Canada each year since 2010, with their most frequent stop being Montreal's Bell Centre.
Assumedly, this will be labeled as UFC 161, the promotion's second 2013 pay-per-view card in Canada following UFC 158, headlined by Georges St-Pierre and Nick Diaz.
Prior rumors about a match between Evans and Mauricio Rua were previously shot down by UFC president Dana White, who told UFC Tonight (via MMA Junkie) that he intended for "Suga" to face "Hendo" instead.
Now firmly on the outside of the title mix, Henderson will look to recover from a close decision loss at UFC 157 to former light heavyweight champion—and current No. 1 contender—Lyoto Machida. Blackzilians leader Evans returns off a decision loss of his own from UFC 156, coming at the hands of Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.
